Job Responsibilities: Coordinate the physical upkeep of the facility, internally, and externally (with the exception of specific pitch maintenance). Cleanliness of the facility and equipment including oversight of the third-party janitorial staff. Ensuring that all daily operational needs are met in a timely manner. Regular walkthroughs of the facility to ensure any maintenance, cleanliness or safety issues are logged and resolves in a timely manner. Ensuring that all pathways are clear, addressing any hazards in weather related as needed. Uphold exceptional customer service and professionalism through-out all day-to-day practises and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment and physical assets.
