About The Role
In addition to the response role the response coordinator role requires you to –
Organise and manage a security team within a stadium environment.
Relay information from the Safety officer to the response teams as part of a briefing.
Ensure that response supervisors and team members are conducting their roles adequately.
Working with the chief steward in managing and motivating response staff
Ensure that all staff are customer focused and trained for safety including evacuations.
Be the point of call and direct link to the control room with any issues involving response teams.
Manage incidents that occur within the stadium footprint.
