Position Summary   The Coordinator, Community Engagement & Growth is responsible for executing community initiatives that both drive meaningful impact and contribute to revenue growth for the club.  This role sits at the intersection of Community, Ticketing, and Partnerships, ensuring that community programs are not only well-executed, but also structured to generate leads, drive group sales, and convert new fans.  The coordinator will play a key role in building a repeatable pipeline from community engagement to ticket revenue, while delivering best-in-class events and experiences.  This position reports to the Manager, Community Impact and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Ticketing.   THIS IS AN IN-PERSON 6-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION.  PAID HOURLY (NOT BENEFITS ELIGIBLE).
