Overview Senior Coordinator, Matchday Operations plays a key role in the operational delivery of MLS regular season matches, playoffs, and marquee events. The position supports Matchday Control, independently manages assigned live-match issues and escalations, analyzes matchday trends and risks, and partners with Clubs and internal stakeholders to promote consistent execution of league policies and operational standards. The Senior Coordinator also owns key departmental processes and assigned event workstreams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and helps ensure Matchday Operations is prepared to deliver a consistent, high-quality matchday experience across the league.   Responsibilities Support the day-to-day execution of Matchday Operations for the MLS regular season, playoffs, and marquee events.
