About the role
We are looking for a Senior Coordinator, Ticketing, Access & Hospitality Systems to join the team at Liverpool FC.
You will support the delivery and operation of the Club's ticketing, hospitality and access control systems across football and non-football events. Responsible for system setup, testing and pre-event validation, ensuring a seamless supporter experience and successful event delivery. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, the role also supports reporting, projects and the resolution of ticketing and access-related issues.
What will you be doing?
Support the operation and delivery of ticketing, hospitality and access control systems across football and non-football events.
Assist with event setup, ticket fulfilment, barcode management, testing and event-day readiness.
Perform pre-event validation checks to ensure ticketing and access systems are accurate and functioning correctly.
