This role will focus on improving veterans’ physical health, mental wellbeing, social connection, sense of purpose, and access to specialist support services. Working closely with veterans, partner organisations, charities, and community stakeholders, you will deliver impactful programmes, provide one-to-one support, and help strengthen support networks across Leeds.
