The Role We are looking for  Community Coaches on a voluntarily basis  to join our Coach Development Programme. Based at The Arsenal Hub, this exciting programme runs from September 2026 - July 2027 and provides you with practical and online coach education sessions, as well as the opportunity to gain experience through supporting and delivering on a wide range of Arsenal in the Community’s projects. Alongside our comprehensive coach education programme, all participants will be given a bespoke programme of coaching opportunities and a mentor to support their development goals. We strive to support coaches with relevant qualifications, accredited CPD hours, and access to some of the most exciting coach educators in the country. Key Responsibilities: • Supervising a group in activities such as Football, Multi-Sports or Creative Arts & Crafts during evenings, weekends and school holidays where required. • Demonstrating high-energy, confidence, and enthusiasm while working with young people ages 8-18 years old. • Supporting and motivating participants in line with the Trust’s PL Kicks objectives. • Collaborating with fellow staff members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience. • Hours between 4pm-8pm, Monday to Friday, during school holidays, with options for varied schedules. About The Role   Role Purpose The BTEC Tutor/Coach will work as part of the education team to deliver the BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 course, alongside the football development element, as a coach, of the 16-18 education programme.   The BTEC Tutor will be expected to teach BTEC Level 2 Technical Diploma in Leading Community Activity and BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport Coaching and Development to learners enrolled on the 16-18 programme.    The post holder will work in line with internal and external (LFE) partner standards and operating procedures in terms of teaching, learning and assessment.  During non-term time the post holder will revert back to their football development role and/or work across other programmes within the community, such as education and employability and holiday football camps, when not on annual leave.  The post holder will be expected to take holidays during non-term time...
