Job Title: Men's Reserve Manager
Job Purpose: The Men’s Reserve Manager will take the lead for Wanderers’ Saturday Men's Reserve team. The squad is currently comprised of a mix of young, raw talent and experienced leaders.
The focus of the role is matchdays but participation or delivering training on Tuesday or Thursday evenings is also welcome.
Responsibilities: The tasks of the Men's Reserve Manager are as follows;
Build and develop a squad of players who can challenge for success,
Attract and recruit players to join Wanderers,
Develop good relationships with both existing and new players,
