Middlesex FA is recruiting a Women's Community Football Officer to play a key role in developing and growing women's and teenage girls' football across Middlesex, with a particular focus on increasing participation and creating opportunities within targeted communities. The role will lead on the development of community-based football opportunities, supporting both sessional and team-based activity across formats including walking football, small-sided football, flexi leagues and Just Play. A key element of the role will be understanding the needs of local communities and working with partners to develop accessible, inclusive and sustainable football opportunities that respond to those needs.
