As a Here2Help Volunteer, you will act as a first point of contact for supporters attending home matches at the Colchester Community Stadium, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable matchday experience. Positioned at key locations around the stadium, you will assist supporters, provide information, and play an important role in ensuring every fan receives a warm welcome.

The role holder will be working with MCT's committed community football team to build a stronger, safer, and more inclusive environment within the community for young people by delivering high-quality, youth-based sessions working with young people from a variety of backgrounds.

Full job description We are currently looking for a Community Football Coach who will need to be able to deliver a range of active sessions, which may include coaching football-based activities on our soccer camps and in community settings, PL Kicks sessions, Girls Development Centre and supporting occasional after-school and curriculum-based classroom sessions. New coaches will be accountable for the welfare of children and vulnerable adults under their responsibility, in line with the Trust’s Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adult Policies.
