As a Here2Help Volunteer, you will act as a first point of contact for supporters attending home matches at the Colchester Community Stadium, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable matchday experience. Positioned at key locations around the stadium, you will assist supporters, provide information, and play an important role in ensuring every fan receives a warm welcome.

The role holder will be working with MCT's committed community football team to build a stronger, safer, and more inclusive environment within the community for young people by delivering high-quality, youth-based sessions working with young people from a variety of backgrounds.

ROLE OVERVIEW Luton Town FC Community Trust is the official charity of Luton Town Football Club, using the power and reach of football to create positive change across Luton, Bedfordshire and the communities we serve. We are seeking committed and experienced individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help guide the next phase of the Trust’s development. Trustees are collectively responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity. Working alongside fellow Trustees and the Head of Community Trust, Board members provide strategic oversight, constructive challenge and support to ensure the Trust remains well governed, financially sustainable and focused on achieving its charitable objectives. This is a voluntary, non-executive position.
