Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking to recruit a Community Inclusion Officer to play a key role in the coordination, delivery and development of its inclusion and targeted engagement programmes. The role will lead the delivery and ongoing development of Premier League Kicks alongside a range of wider inclusion and community engagement projects across Luton and Bedfordshire. The postholder will work with the Operations Manager to strengthen relationships with local communities, schools, statutory agencies and key stakeholders such as EFL in the Community and Premier League Foundation while supporting the growth and sustainability of the Trust’s community offer. As the Football & Sports Development Officer, the role holder's primary goals will revolve around expanding the Football Development department's offerings and managing Millwall Community Trust's player performance pathway centres, soccer schools, P16 education and football programme and holiday camps. The Football & Sports Development Officer will oversee the execution of these programmes, ensuring optimal performance from staff and implementing improvements. The role holder will also be expected to grow the performance pathway via new venues throughout Lewisham and Southwark, recruiting new staff and budgeting appropriately.
