ROLE OVERVIEW Luton Town FC Community Trust is the official charity of Luton Town Football Club, using the power and reach of football to create positive change across Luton, Bedfordshire and the communities we serve. We are seeking committed and experienced individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help guide the next phase of the Trust’s development. Trustees are collectively responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity. Working alongside fellow Trustees and the Head of Community Trust, Board members provide strategic oversight, constructive challenge and support to ensure the Trust remains well governed, financially sustainable and focused on achieving its charitable objectives. This is a voluntary, non-executive position. The role holder will be working with MCT's committed community football team to build a stronger, safer, and more inclusive environment within the community for young people by delivering high-quality, youth-based sessions working with young people from a variety of backgrounds.

Working as part of the Premier League Foundation Programmes and Impact team, the Community Engagement Executive will support the effective delivery and ongoing development of the Premier League and Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Players’ Fund across England and Wales. The role will work closely with colleagues across the Foundation, including the Community Engagement Manager, as well as football club charities and player foundations, funders and key partners, to ensure high-quality, evidence-led delivery aligned to strategic priorities. This includes supporting funded organisations to implement Fund activity, monitoring performance and outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement in delivery standards.
