Tempo Football Academy, in partnership with Treaty United, is recruiting a full-time Academy Head Coach to work across both the League of Ireland academy structure and our full-time Football & Education Programme.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious coach to work daily within a professional player development environment, helping shape elite young players on and off the pitch.
Position Details
Full-Time Position (40 Hours Per Week)
Salary: €32,000 – €35,000 per year
Based in Limerick, Ireland
Includes daytime coaching, evenings, and weekend fixtures

Role Overview
The successful candidate will:
Head coach ONE boys academy age group within the Treaty United Academy structure (U13, U14, U15 or U17)
Coach daily within the Tempo/Treaty Full-Time Football & Education Programme
Plan and deliver high-level training sessions
