Job Title : KWFC Girls Academy Coaches (Volunteers) Reporting to : Women’s Football Development Manager
Kilmarnock Women’s Football Club is seeking enthusiastic and committed Volunteer Coaches to support the delivery of its Girls Academy SFA NextGen Programme.
Working under the guidance of the Women’s Football Development Manager, the successful candidates will play an important role in the development of young players within a positive, high-performance and player-centred environment aligned with the Club’s coaching philosophy.
1. Training • Implementation of Women's & Girls Academy coaching philosophy • Facilitation of all squad training sessions • Ensure access to specialist coaching as required
