Impact City FC is hiring a Director of Coaching to oversee our Salt Lake City soccer operations across two sites. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing coaching staff, leading tryouts and team formation, overseeing training environments, and supporting club growth. As a faith-based organization, we are looking for a leader who embraces our mission, disciples coaches, and helps players grow on and off the field. Candidates should bring coaching and/or soccer leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
