Background Union FC was founded in 2020, following the amalgamation between Bradford Soccer Club and DFC Academy. Bradford Soccer Club was founded in 1993 as Bradford Minor Soccer Association, a non-profit organization, providing the opportunity for kids in the Bradford community to partake in organized soccer and develop their skills under the guidance of licensed coaches. In 2004, the club was then renamed to Bradford Soccer Club. In 2015, Bradford Soccer Club won their first National Championship, signifying a significant milestone for the club and community.
