Wigan Athletic Community Trust is looking to recruit community coaches to join its successful and impactful community development team and support young people across the local community.
The successful candidates will provide high quality sport provision to the participants on the Community Trust’s youth engagement projects, engaging positively with young people and help to raise their aspirations.
Salary: £15 per hour
Contact Type: Casual zero-hour contract
You will:
Deliver and support the Community Trust’s community-based football sessions.
Engage positively with young people with enthusiasm, acting as a role model to participants at all times.
Manage behaviour of participants during sessions.
Ensure that all activities delivered are in line with the Trust guidelines and policies.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with other coaches, external partners and venue hire staff.
