Match Day Management: Lead the team during fixtures, managing substitutions and tactical adjustments. Safeguarding: Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all players, ensuring all welfare protocols are followed. Professionalism: Act as a role model for the female game, representing Watford Ladies FC with integrity. Candidate Requirements: New Coaches: A passion for the game, a willingness to learn, and an FA DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
