Join Kent FA's Emerging Talent Centre as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and help shape the physical development of the next generation of female footballers. Based at Aylesford FC, you'll design and deliver high-quality athletic development programmes for players, supporting performance, injury prevention, and long-term development within a safe and player-centred environment.  This casual role offers the opportunity to work within the FA talent pathway, delivering weekly sessions alongside fixtures and additional training activity. You'll collaborate with coaches, medical staff and parents to provide a holistic approach to player development, while contributing to a high-performance environment aligned with FA values. We're looking for a qualified and organised S&C professional with experience working with young athletes, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting female player development.

You'll collaborate with fellow coaches, contribute to player development plans, and help create a positive, challenging environment aligned with FA values. We're looking for a passionate and organised coach with experience working with young players, a strong understanding of player development, and a commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement.
