About The Role Cheltenham Town F.C. is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Academy as a  Foundation Phase Cell Lead Coach , working with players in the Under 9 – Under 12 age groups, including pre-academy. With Key Responsibilities for Under 11 - Under 12 Cell. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical, tactical and holistic development of players within the Foundation Phase, ensuring delivery of the Club’s coaching curriculum in line with our playing and coaching philosophy. An amazing opportunity has arisen to for talented football coaches to deliver on the Advanced Player Development Pathway at various locations for talented players identified within the Football Development programme. You will be a key component in the development and promotion of talented players into the Club's Academy pathway  As an Advanced Football Development Coach, you will coach and lead on the Football Development activities and work with staff to deliver high quality sessions whilst providing support on the international programme to grow the Club's global brand and reach.
