The Role
We’re looking for a Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and delivering the digital products that underpin our corporate functions, including People, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider business to modernise processes, deliver efficient and secure systems, and ensure our corporate platforms successfully enable our wider strategy. You’ll take end-to-end ownership, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
