About the role
Join our Casual Supporter Services team at Liverpool FC and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our global fanbase. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy engaging with people.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 23rd April, which may last up to 3 hours.
To complete initial training, candidates must be available full time for a two-week period from 11th May. After training, work will be offered on a casual basis, with shifts made available depending on business demand.
What will you be doing?
Managing inbound and outbound supporter enquiries via phone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions.
Resolving queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
