The Academy Administrator plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, acting as one of the main points of contact for players, parents, coaches, and external enquiries. The role involves managing communications, coordinating player trials and registrations, maintaining organised records, and supporting academy operations both remotely and during coaching sessions. The Academy Administrator helps ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for all academy members and prospective players.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to academy emails in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and reply to Instagram and social media enquiries.
Coordinate player trial requests and send confirmation emails with trial dates and relevant information.
Send offer emails to successful trialists invited to join the academy.
