Job description Provide a ‘first response’ to medical incidents occurring within the stadium and its environs. Be trained in and able to complete all documentation for all patients treated. Always have due regard to patient confidentiality. Aid colleagues and healthcare professionals where necessary. Follow all FFC Medical Team Policies and Procedures as implemented within the organisation. Respond to medical and associated incidents as directed by the FFC Medical Coordinator or supervisor, ensuring staff are supported, appropriate action is taken, and that information is passed to the Safety Management Team in FFC Control (Act – Inform – Escalate) Know the location of the First Aid Rooms located within the Stadium.  Be fully conversant with any methods or messages used to alert staff that an emergency has arisen.  Key Skills & Attributes Good customer service skills You should be...
