Casual Sports Coach Key Responsibilities: • Supervising and/or coaching a group in activities such as Multi-Sports or Creative Arts & Crafts during the school holidays. • Demonstrating high-energy, confidence, and enthusiasm while working with young people. • Supporting and motivating participants in line with the Trust’s objectives and the camp’s activities. • Collaborating with fellow staff members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable camp experience. • Hours between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, during school holidays, with options for varied schedules. Qualifications and Skills: • Relevant qualifications and/or experience working with young people. • Passion and motivation for working with young people and the ability to demonstrate high levels of energy, confidence, and fun. • Team player mindset with a willingness to exceed expectations as required. • DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the check.
