Overview
The MLS Legal department is seeking a Paralegal to assist the Business Affairs team with supporting commercial contracts, reviewing marketing assets and department management needs.
Responsibilities
Assist (under supervision of MLS attorneys) with templated commercial agreements, including agency agreements, content/production agreements, influencer agreements, player appearance agreements and other vendor agreements.
Support Counsel, with the review of marketing assets (including, brand spots, emails and social media posts) across MLS/SUM properties
Create checklists and other materials to support MLS’ business teams (inclusive of the marketing, events and communication teams)
Additional responsibilities and special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience at a top tier law firm and/or corporate legal department
Bachelor’s Degree required...
