We currently have around 150 young players within the Academy, some of whom stay with host families, allowing them to take the opportunity of full-time employment at the Football Club as either an apprentice or professional player. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the care and treatment of academy players in our u9-u16 programme. The role will involve you providing pitch side emergency first aid and trauma management during training and games. Within the Academy, we look to support the physical development of our players at different ages through an age-specific sport science programme that helps develop the different physical capabilities players require as they progress on their Academy journey.
