About The Role   The Lead Academy Performance Analyst plays a central role in supporting Barnsley FC’s Academy by delivering high‑quality performance insights that enhance player development across all age groups. Working closely with coaches, players, and other Academy staff, the role blends video analysis, data interpretation, and applied football knowledge to influence coaching strategies, match preparation, and long‑term development plans.
