Job Description
The East York Soccer Club Development Program is an alternative to the traditional recreational team
program. Under the LTPD, it offers boys & girls ages 7-12 years old the opportunity for advanced
development in soccer through a progression and sophisticated curriculum. EYSC Rep Program is focused on
Player Development. We are striving to create a solid learning experience by eliminating the “must win”
attitude placed on the player and team.
Position: LTPD Coaches for 2026 season
Start Date: Effective Immediately

Job Description:
Attend games, practices & festivals
Communicate with manager & parents
Plan and conduct soccer practice sessions for program in the indoor & outdoor seasons
Make session & season plans for the team
Report to Technical Director, Technical Staff and other members of the Executive
Attend Coaching Workshops
Job Qualifications:
Must have OSA “Learn To Train” Coaching Certification
Special consideration for candidates that have C License or higher Coaching Certification
Must have good communication & computer skills
Must be flexible in schedule
