This role will serve as an assistant for the men’s program. The position is full time 12 month position and will assist with all facets of the men’s soccer program not limited to but including: traveling and identifying prospective student-athlete recruits, perform both on and off field student-athlete coaching duties, assist with numerous administrative tasks, and communicate efficiently with student-athletes and other internal and external constituents. Serve as assistant coach for men’s NCAA Division III intercollegiate soccer program. Travel to regional and national recruiting events, identifying and prospecting potential recruits for the men's soccer program. Perform essential coaching duties including, but not limited to: on-field coaching skill development scouting of opponents practice planning Coordinate office tasks such as mailings, e-mail communication, visit correspondence, travel scheduling, equipment inventory, budget oversight, social media, etc. Oversee, direct and supervise part-time staff and student-workers as needed. Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Athletic Director Essential Skills and Functions:

Ability to interact with a large range of personalities and value sets. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, students, recruits and other stakeholders. Conduct oneself according to NCAA Division III and MIAC rules and regulations. Able to travel. Work evenings and weekends. Develops and maintaings good working relationships and communication at all levels of the organization. Observes safety guidelines and follows safety procedures established by the University.
