Duties

• Plan and execute engaging training sessions focused on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
• Develop personalized coaching strategies to improve individual performance and team cohesion.
• Lead team practices, drills, and scrimmages to prepare for upcoming competitions.
• Analyze game footage and provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their understanding of gameplay.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding progress and team goals.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain equipment in good condition.

Skills

• Proven sports coaching experience with a strong understanding of football techniques and tactics.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
