Job Description
ProBallers Football Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable Football Coach to join our growing team in Hitchin.
We specialise in fun, engaging football sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years, helping young children develop their confidence, coordination, social skills and love of football in a positive environment.
Hours
We have opportunities available for:
- Saturday mornings: 8:45am–12:15pm
- Sunday mornings: 8:45am–12:15pm
- Or both Saturday & Sunday mornings
The Role
You’ll help deliver fun, structured football sessions designed specifically for young children. You’ll create a welcoming environment for children and parents while keeping sessions energetic, engaging and age-appropriate.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident, enthusiastic and great with young children
- Has an interest in football, sport or physical activity
- Is reliable and able to commit to regular weekend mornings
- Has strong communication skills
- Can bring plenty of energy and personality to sessions
- Is comfortable engaging with both children and parents
- Has coaching, teaching, childcare or Early Years experience — desirable but not essential
Football coaching qualifications are welcomed, but full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
