Extra Time Advanced Football Coaching is a well-established football coaching business based in Swansea. We are dedicated to providing high-quality training sessions to young players in both large group and small group settings. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate football coaches to join our team and contribute to the development of our players.

Position Summary: We are hiring football coaches who will be responsible for conducting group training sessions . The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with talented young players and play a vital role in enhancing their skills and overall football knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and dynamic group training sessions.
• Provide small group coaching sessions, focusing on individual player development.
• Assess players' abilities and tailor coaching techniques accordingly.
• Create a positive and inclusive training environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop training programs and strategies.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and trends in football.

Requirements:

• FAW C Licence or above.
• Previous experience coaching football at various levels.
• Strong knowledge of football training techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for working with young players.
• Own transportation is necessary, as sessions may take place at different locations.
• Valid first aid certification is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Freelance, Permanent, Part-time

Pay: £12.71-£27.50 per hour
