Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our sports programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Duties

  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
  • Organise team practices, drills, and tactical exercises to enhance player performance
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players to support their growth
  • Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among team members
  • Assist in organising matches, tournaments, and other football-related events
  • Monitor player progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and development
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport

Qualifications

  • Minimum UEFA B licence
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop players of all ages
  • Excellent organisational skills to plan effective training programmes and manage team logistics
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with players, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for sport, fitness, and youth development
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £13.50-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
