Role Purpose
Safety Stewards play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, professional and welcoming environment across the London City Lionesses’ high‑performance training ground at Cobdown Park. The role provides a high‑visibility presence, supporting players, staff, visitors and spectators by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with crowd and traffic movement, and upholding the ground’s presentation standards.

What You Will Be Doing
Working alongside the security team, the Safety Steward helps ensure the training ground operates smoothly, safely and in line with club procedures, safeguarding requirements and operational standards. The role provides a consistent, high‑visibility presence across Cobdown Park, supporting the delivery of a professional high‑performance environment.
Safety Stewards deliver a friendly, approachable and professional presence at all times. They support visitors with directions, guidance and general enquiries, ensuring spectators, players and guests feel welcome and well supported while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Safety Stewards are expected to be confident and proactive when dealing with difficult situations or emergency incidents. They take pride in maintaining a clean, well‑presented site. Duties include litter picking, emptying bins when required, and reporting any issues that affect the appearance or safety of the training ground.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be over 18. 
No previous experience required — full training provided. 
A great attitude is essential.
