Peimari United is looking for an ambitious Head Coach to lead our two senior men’s teams for the 2027 season. Our first team competes in Kolmonen (5th tier) and finished 3rd in 2026, while our second team competes in Vitonen (7th tier) and finished 7th. ·       Plan and deliver first-team training

·       Coordinate the second team and player pathway between squads

·       Play an active role in recruitment and squad building

·       Lead both teams on match days

·       Build a competitive, positive and development-focused environment

·       Occasionally take part in shared club, voluntary and community activities that strengthen club spirit and local engagement

Approximate commitment: 16 hours/week plus matches.

Who we are looking for

·       UEFA Pro preferred; UEFA A minimum

·       Exceptional UEFA B candidates with strong senior coaching experience may also be considered

·       Senior football coaching experience preferred

·       Good working English

·       Strong leadership and communication skills

·       Willingness to relocate to Finland

·       A coach motivated by player development, responsibility and the opportunity to compete for promotion

What we offer

·       €1,100–1,300 gross/month, depending on experience

·       Free accommodation, including electricity and water

·       Club car

·       Two return flights per year for a coach recruited from abroad

·       Promotion bonus

·       Possibility of improved terms and continuation for a second season

·       Considerable sporting autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the squad

This could particularly suit an ambitious coach looking for Head Coach responsibility, international experience and the opportunity to build a promotion-challenging senior team.

Start

December 2026, allowing the new Head Coach to participate in player recruitment and squad building before preseason begins in January.
