UC Group is highly reputable coaching organisation in Surrey.

Our consolidated and specialist model enables us to provide specialist consultancy, training and coaching.

UFA is newly formed development club as part of the UC Group and offers professional specialist coaching and playing experiences for players aged 6 - 16 years. Our innovative football pathway programme offers opportunities for both boys and girls, and provides a high quality supplementary development programme for players registered with clubs.

We are currently recruiting additional coaches to support our growth and expansion. We provide a fully integrated mentoring scheme for our team, which includes a Coaching Training Scheme (CTS) for learners aspiring to be coaches.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate coaches to join our team and help lead our football programmes in schools and at local clubs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in training and mentoring players, fostering team spirit, and promoting sportsmanship. The candidates will have the opportunity to coach for 10 - 14 hours each week and at weekends.

We are seeking open minded and motivated coaches to help lead competitive games and work alongside a growing team of coaches. The position is perfect for coaches wishing to accelerate professional journeys in coaching, learn new skills and gain valuable experience.

The organisations provides fantastic career prospects which includes pathways into Premiership Academies. We are proud to have supported a number of coaches progress into academy environments including Chelsea FC, Ipswich Town FC, Fulham FC and Sutton United FC.|Primary responsibilities / Duties Plan and lead appropriately designed sessions in line with the organisations coaching vision & philosophy.

  • Lead football sessions at Clubs (U7 - U16).
  • Develop and lead a coaching programme which includes the FA's 4 Corner Model.
  • Integrate and develop Football Psychology as an integral component of UFA's syllabus.
  • Work with a team of coaches and share good practice.
  • Help evaluate players and support the Talent ID within age groups.
  • Develop and implement effective training sessions to enhance players' skills and performance
  • Create game strategies and tactics to maximise the team's success
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential

Design and deliver sessions throughout each stage of our Player Pathway Pyramid including U5 & U6 Mini Kickers Support the company with children's party football packages

Preferred Background/Qualifications/Qualities:

  • FA Level 1 or 2.
  • Safeguarding Accredited
  • At least 1 years experience working with teams/clubs
  • Ability to adapt and learn through CPD
  • Very good communicator
  • Ability to plan short term goals
  • Comfortable working with other coaches
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional & co-operative manner
  • Ability to take responsibility with plans, logistics and group communications

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 - 14 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability including Saturday mornings
