Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 | ·       Act as the main point of contact for all Disclosure Scotland and PVG applications across the organisation.
 ·       Administer and coordinate end-to-end disclosure and PVG processes, ensuring checks are completed accurately and within required timescales.
 ·       Responsible for maintaining the organisation's Disclosure Scotland and PVG role matrix, ensuring each position is assigned the appropriate disclosure level and reviewed regularly to reflect legislative changes, role amendments and WBP guidance 
·       Maintain accurate and confidential vetting records and monitor ongoing compliance requirements.
 ·       Liaise with employees, applicants, managers and external agencies regarding disclosure requirements.
 ·        Prepare contracts, contract variations and employment-related correspondence as directed
 ·        Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination, offers and pre-employment checks. 
·        Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
 ·        Maintain employee records and data within Sage People and other relevant systems. 
·        Respond to routine People & Culture queries from employees and managers. 
·        Produce people analytics, reports and compliance information as required. 
·        Assist with annual People & Culture processes including performance reviews, benefits administration and engagement activities.
 ·        Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant employment legislation. 
·        Contribute to continuous improvement of People & Culture systems, processes and administration.
 ·       Any other such duties that should arise, advised by Head of People & Culture.
