Lead TOTS Football Coach - Northampton

The Company:

Our goal is massive… we are aiming to become the ‘World’s Leading Children’s Football Coaching Organisation’. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

The Football Fun Factory is the UK’s fastest-growing children’s football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise. This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes.

We have TOTS Lead Coach positions available with sessions at St Luke's Centre in Duston.

With opportunity to cover other venues also.

The Person:

You will be interested in early years delivery with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children. Our TOTS sessions are for children aged 18 months - 5 years old so a passion for coaching young children is essential.

Qualifictaions:

A football coaching qualification is not neccessary to begin with as all training will be provided but the right candidate will require a first aid certification, safeguarding qualification and valid DBS check.

Hours:

2 hours each Saturday morning which includes setting up and packing away equipment.

There is also scope to add additional coaching hours during the week and our hope is that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time.

Location:

To start with, your place of work will be St Luke's Centre in Duston on Saturday mornings.

Other considerations:

This role will require some manual handling, including the transportation of equipment such as the giant inflatable pitch, footballs and cones etc so access to a vehicle is essential.

Rates of Pay:
The rate of pay for the sessions will be agreed prior to the delivery of your sessions.
