Lead Football Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young children(3-6 year old) with an introduction into football. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. The Lead Football Coach will work closely with the young players to enhance their learning through fun and engaging sessions .

• Sports Enthusiasts: You've got experience as a coach or player or a solid foundation in multiple sports disciplines. You live and breathe sports!
• Skillful Communicators: You know how to engage and connect with young people, parents, and staff, making every session fun, inclusive, and memorable.
• Inspirational Leaders: You’re excited about motivating young people, fostering their love for sports, and helping them develop new skills, regardless of their age or ability level.
• Flexible Team Players: You're adaptable, creative, and ready to tailor your coaching approach to meet the unique needs of diverse groups of kids.
• Qualified Professionals: You hold relevant coaching certifications in one or more sports, possess First Aid skills, and are prepared to obtain or already have an Enhanced DBS check.
• Mobile Mentors: A full driving licence and the ability to travel to various locations are essential for this role.
