Sessional Football Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sessional Football Coach to inspire and develop players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver engaging football training sessions, encourage teamwork, and promote a positive sporting environment. Coaching Hours

Monday, Thursday & Friday - 1:45-3:15pm

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic football training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
• Provide constructive feedback to players to support skill development and confidence building
• Monitor player progress and adapt coaching techniques accordingly
• Promote fair play, respect, and adherence to safety guidelines during all activities
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and team administrators about session details and progress
• Maintain equipment, ensure field safety standards are met, and prepare session plans in advance

Requirements

• Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize engaging sessions that balance skill development with fun
• Knowledge of safety procedures and injury prevention in sports settings
• Enthusiasm for working with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Relevant coaching certifications or willingness to obtain necessary qualifications prior to commencement

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• UEFA C or above coaching qualification (required)
