Duties

• Plan and execute engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, and tactical understanding
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to individual athlete needs and team objectives
• Teach fundamental football techniques, rules, and strategies to players of varying experience levels
• Motivate athletes to achieve their best through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
• Organize practice drills to ensure team readiness
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship

Requirements

• Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of different ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of football rules, tactics, and safety protocols
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline on and off the field
• Excellent organizational skills for planning practices, managing schedules, and tracking progress
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for developing athletes’ skills and love for the game
• Commitment to creating a positive sporting environment that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and personal growth

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
