Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing players at all levels. This role is essential in fostering a positive and competitive environment, where athletes can thrive both on and off the pitch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills, fitness, and tactical understanding of the game.
• Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and tailored to the needs of the team.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to promote improvement and confidence.
• Organise and lead competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and sportsmanship.
• Monitor players' progress and maintain records of their development.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among players, encouraging a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player performance and development.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, strategies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in football coaching
• Strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and fitness training.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
• Ability to motivate individuals and foster a sense of teamwork.
• Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• A passion for football and a commitment to developing young athletes.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
