China ClubFootball (万国群星足球俱乐部) is recruiting qualified and enthusiastic Football Coaches to join our international coaching team in Beijing.

ABOUT CHINA CLUBFOOTBALL
Established in 2001, China ClubFootball is one of China’s biggest grassroots football providers and a licensed joint-venture. Managed by UK nationals, ClubFootball operates football development programmes for Chinese and international children in Beijing, alongside school programmes, junior league competitions, camps, tournaments and coach education projects.
Our programmes work with players aged 4–19 and include both local and international opportunities.
We have developed more than 75,000 players and have an experienced, UEFA-qualified coaching team delivering programmes across Beijing.
WHAT YOU'LL BE INVOLVED IN
As a ClubFootball coach, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of programmes, including:
Academy & Development – Player development pathways and academy teams
School Activities – International, bilingual and Chinese school programmes
League Teams – Team training and competitive fixtures
Camps & Festivals – Holiday camps, clinics and football festivals
Tours & Tournaments – Overseas tours and international competitions
Coach Education & CPD – Supporting coach development and CPD programmes
Our coaching philosophy focuses on long-term player development and developing the whole player, rather than simply short-term results. Coaches use the FA's 4-Corner Model across our programmes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for coaches who are passionate about player development and committed to delivering high-quality coaching.
Candidates should:
Hold a recognised coaching qualification (UEFA C minimum, or UEFA B preferred) or relevant degree
Have demonstrable experience coaching children and young players
Be passionate about player and coach development
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Be adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated professionals
Be open-minded and excited to live and work in Beijing
Be able to work with players of different ages, abilities and backgrounds
UK-qualified coaches and coaches with experience of working within the UK football system are particularly welcome.

£1,500–£1,900 per month after tax
