Join the Upskill Football Coaching Team! Passionate about football and ready to inspire the next generation? Upskill Football Coaching is growing fast, with around 100 young players (U6–U14) and aiming for 150 by season’s end. We’re looking for enthusiastic, committed coaches to join our vibrant academy.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality technical and tactical coaching sessions.
- Minimum 2 evenings per week coaching plus additional 1-2-1 sessions or birthday parties.
- Support player development and promote healthy lifestyles.
- Build strong relationships with players and parents.
- Ensure safeguarding, equality, and health & safety standards are upheld.
- Travel to sessions and contribute across all our programmes.
What You’ll Need:
- FA Level 1 (Level 2/UEFA C preferred).
- FA Safeguarding,
- First Aid,
- Enhanced DBS.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years coaching experience.
- Energy, passion, adaptability, and great communication skills.
- Weekend and evening availability.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week

Established in 2021, our footballing training promotes teamwork, fun, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. We currently provide a number of sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at our centre at Kings College in Guildford. Since our inception, we’ve remained dedicated to providing excellent football-specific coaching sessions to help both male and female young children develop in the sport. We saw a gap between professional and grassroots football, and we’re working hard to make a difference. Whether your child is looking to have some fun playing football or significantly develop their skills and interests, Upskill Football Coaching will provide the perfect platform they need.
