Role Purpose:
 
To work closely with our media & marketing departments and capture imagery which helps us to tell our story and grow our brand. 
 
This is a new position within the business, so the responsibilities are not set in stone. We need someone who can jump in, get things done and work with the senior leadership team to shape the future of the club. 
 
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
 
1. Videography 
 
·        Deliver video content for Social Media usage as part of the content and media team. 
·        Self-produce, shoot and edit, under direction of Content & Media Manager.
·        Support ideation and editorial coverage of key football stories.
·        Work closely with players on content creation and build key relationships with staff.
·        Travel to training and matches as directed by playing schedule.
·        Editing of match footage, including clips and highlights.   
 
2. Photography 
 
·        Capture photography as required at the training ground and at matches.
·        Manage the club’s relationship with all photographic suppliers, including key partners such as Getty Images, as well as any additional external photographic stakeholders who provide services or goods for the club.
·        Support any photography linked to marketing and/or partnership campaigns.

What we are looking for
 
Essential Experience
·        Significant experience in working in sporting organisations / sporting events.
·        Demonstrated skill at content creation within the sport industry, with a strong portfolio.
·        Proficient in video editing with Premiere, and using photo editing / retouching, using tools such as Photoshop & Lightroom.
·        Experience in shooting video and photos with Canon Cameras and lens.  
·        Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing. 
·        The postholder should be open to travel and working weekends and weeknights (mainly to attend football matches). 
 
Desirable Experience
·      Experience in high growth social accounts.
