R&R Sports are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Individuals to add to our current team which operate in Southampton, Winchester, Romsey and the Hampshire region.
QUALIFICATIONS - NOT essential! R&R sports offer the opportunity for the successful candidates to attend an NGB training course if they have no current qualification to PROGRESS their PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT paid for FULLY by the company.
The successful candidates will work at the following:
WITHIN SCHOOLS - during term time to coach morning sessions, lunch clubs, PE and after school clubs.
HOLIDAY COURSES - throughout the year, coaching Multi Sports to primary school aged children and also have the OPPORTUNITY to be a LEAD COACH on a course.
FOOTBALL TEAM COACHING - working with youth football teams to MANAGE, DEVELOP, plan and improve the player progression in a FOOTBALL team season.
Ideal Specifications for candidates:
- A recognised NGB sports Level 2 qualification or NGB sports Level 1 qualification.
- Sports NGB qualifications not essential when applying.
- Motivated individual
- Enthusiastic individual
- Enjoy working within a team.
- Looking to LEARN, DEVELOP & PROGRESS.
- First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Certificate.
- Enhanced DBS with no convictions - R&R sports will pay for an Enhanced DBS.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence.
- Experience in working with children helps but not essential.
