Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and qualified Football Coaches to lead our youth sessions at our Cambuslang and Rouken Glen venues.

Location: Toryglen, Cambuslang and Rouken Glen

Weekends with flexible hours between 9 am-5.00pm

Role(s) available: Head Coach x 2, Assisstant Coach x2.

Shifts Available Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-5pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sports background (desirable) Minimum SFA 1.1.
  • 1-2 years coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Engaging Sessions: Lead weekly football classes for children, ensuring high levels of engagement and "fun-factor."
  • Follow the Blueprint: Implement our structured weekly themes and pre-designed session plans to ensure consistent development.
  • Character Building: Foster an inclusive environment where teamwork, respect, and resilience are prioritised alongside technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Must drive with access to own transport is essential.
  • Must have or previously held a PVG.
  • Experience in football coaching.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to educate and motivate players effectively.
  • Certification in SFA Level 1.1 or above, or working towards the SFA Children's pathway

Pay: £8.50-£12.71 per hour
