Football Fun Factory is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Coach to join our vibrant team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young children through sports, fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for football. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and sports coaching, with a commitment to creating a positive and engaging environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate football activities and drills.
- Support lead coaches in supervising children during sessions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behaviour among participants.
- Help organise equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the training area.
- Provide constructive feedback to children to promote skill development and confidence.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes inclusivity and enthusiasm for sport.
Qualifications
- Experience in sports coaching or teaching young children is desirable.
- Passionate about working with children and promoting physical activity through football.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in fostering a fun learning environment. This role offers an excellent platform for individuals looking to develop their coaching skills while making a positive impact on children's lives through sport.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

The FFF franchise opportunity provides a fantastic work-life balance and our £25-50,000 yearly profit has been proven to be achievable within the first 12 months of operating.
We're on a mission to recruit the very best UK coaching talent to join our incredible team. For this reason, we keep the barriers to entry low for the right candidates. Our franchise fee is just £5,000, plus an ongoing service management service fee of 12% of your businesses revenue per month.
Our truly unique football experiences include three football inflatables. Our inflatable pitch, goal and dartboard are all incredibly popular with the children attending our courses, but it's the superstar coaches that bring our experiences to life.
